Decision support
An individually scoped second opinion for executives and investment teams evaluating energy or infrastructure projects in Europe. One mandate: argue against the deal. The review attacks the assumptions that carry the investment case – revenue and capture prices, grid access, delivery timing, counterparties and downside – and states which of them would have to be wrong for the case to fail.
Output: a concise decision memo, the three to five sensitivities that actually move the answer, and the conditions for proceeding, renegotiating or stopping.

I’m Manuel; I spent 16 years in the European renewable energy industry, working across the development, financing and operation of businesses in multiple markets.
Today, I’m building an independent company that combines that experience with strategic analysis and applied AI. My focus is on understanding how technological, economic and geopolitical change affects real investment decisions.
AI expands my research and execution capacity. I remain responsible for the interpretation, the recommendations and the work I put my name to.
